Location: Noida Experience: Minimum 2 years in Tender Management Salary Range: ₹15,000–₹40,000/month About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Proposal & Tender Executive to manage government and institutional tender processes for our software and IT solutions , particularly those related to Microsoft technologies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant opportunities, preparing professional proposals, ensuring complete documentation, and managing submissions within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Identify and track relevant government and enterprise tenders. Prepare proposals, bid documents, and supporting materials. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams for input and pricing. Submit at least 2 tenders or proposals per month. Maintain compliance with all tender requirements and timelines. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in government or institutional tendering. Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial understanding. Knowledge of EV, transport, or mobility sector is a plus.
