Role Overview

Were looking for a People & Talent Associate (13 years of experience) who is passionate about recruitment and building positive employee experiences. This role goes beyond sourcing candidatesits about supporting the entire people function, from hiring to onboarding to team engagement. Youll work closely with both our talent acquisition team and internal operations to ensure we not only find the right talent but also create an environment where they can thrive.

What Youll Do

- Support end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across industries.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team culture.
- Write clear, engaging job postings and coordinate outreach campaigns.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for culture and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth start.
- Contribute to internal HR initiatives such as engagement, documentation, and process improvements.
- Maintain hiring records and assist with recruitment reports.

What Were Looking For

- 13 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or people operations.
- Strong communication skills and a people-first approach.
- Interest in both recruitment and HR operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms is a plus.
- A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
