Job Description Job Description: HR Recruiter (Domestic Hiring Sales) Experience: 34 years Salary Range: 35,000 40,000 per month Location: Delhi GK1 About the Role: We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end domestic hiring for our Sales division. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and well-versed in sourcing high-quality sales professionals for fast-paced business environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment cycle for domestic sales roles. Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social platforms. Screen, shortlist, and evaluate profiles based on role requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups. Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process. Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports. Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: 34 years of experience in domestic recruitment, preferably in Sales hiring. Strong knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
