Key skills & Technical expertise

- 5 to 6 years mid to senior experience in the following areas:

- Network engineering/ transformation experience in Telco
- Network infrastructure link design, build & test
- Customer circuit provisioning & assurance support – Root cause analysis and provide fix
- Network data remediation, transformation & migration (ETL) activities

- Knowledge on DWDM, OTN and SDH

- Knowledge of Network Inventory systems (including but not limited to Ciena MCP (MUST HAVE) and Infinera DNA (MUST HAVE) and Network Monitoring application

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Ability to document standard operating procedures, diagrams, and training materials for end users

- Experienced in working with cross functional teams – IT, Networks & Transformation teams.

Attitude:

- A quick learner and goes extra mile to meet the program timelines.

- Taking the lead in escalations for high priority incidents, taking ownership of driving resolution / manage escalation as necessary.

- Able to work under pressure and play a significant role in the project success.
