We're looking for a highly skilled  L3 Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities

As a senior engineer, you'll be the backbone of our critical infrastructure. You'll tackle our toughest challenges and ensure our systems are resilient, secure, and performant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure issues across our server, virtualization, and network environments.
  • Leading troubleshooting and resolution for high-severity incidents, ensuring rapid service restoration and minimal downtime.
  • Managing and optimizing our diverse infrastructure, including:
  • Microsoft Windows Server: Providing advanced administration and troubleshooting for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • VMware: Maintaining and enhancing our vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter platforms for high availability and performance.
  • Networking: Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting devices from  Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) and  Cisco (Meraki, legacy routing/switching) .
  • Conducting in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) and developing comprehensive post-incident reports.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement proactive solutions, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Creating and maintaining robust documentation , including runbooks and knowledge base articles.
  • Mentoring and providing knowledge
