Role Overview - Investment Banking Associate /Sr Associate: The role involves working with senior team members on PE/VC Fund Raising & M&A transaction execution as well as client pitches & business development. Key aspects include (among others): 1. Transaction Execution Work - Directly interacting with clients & client representatives, investors/buyers/sellers, and other advisors involved in transactions - Preparation of transaction collaterals including Information Memorandums, detailed Business Plans & financial models with analysis and insights - Valuation analysis and support for deal negotiations - Coordinating due diligence and documentation process 2.
