Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, attending industry events, and staying updated on market trends.
Qualifications
- 2-4 Years of High Value Dental Equipment Sales Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Experience in setting and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the dental industry and market trends
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
