Job Description - Market creation for FPI product lines across All segments in India. - Develop, implement, and manage business plan for driving sales objectives for the assigned region - Map Territory and Identify opportunities for growth in steel, cement, glass & automotive segment - Define local go to market strategy as per opportunities in the geography in the process instruments market - Strategic planning -Developing the pipeline / funnel for new business for the organization - Identify potential customers and decision makers within the client organization & Key Account Management. - Build relationships with new customers & lock rate contract with the existing clients - Excellent customers connect and Cold call as appropriate within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities - Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business - Devise product promotional plans and planning of special schemes as and when needed - Market research (market/segment specific), analysis and update to the sales team & CPs - Represent Fluke at various events and activities as organized by Fluke or external parties - Perform other related duties as assigned
