Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Project Management, HR Operations
In this role you will be responsible for project management in the HR operations and you should have a mix of domain expertise, manufacturing industry knowledge, and strong facilitation skills to effectively lead projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our teams have access to the right information at the right time, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization
Responsibilities
.Project Planning & Scope Management
oDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
oIdentify project scope and manage scope changes as necessary.
.Project Execution & Monitoring
oOversee project execution including transitions, monitor progress, and address obstacles.
oTrack project milestones, budgets, and schedules.
oPerform quality control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
oForesee, assess, communicate, and mitigate project & process risks to impacted parties
.Stakeholder Communication
oProvide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
oManage stakeholder expectations and address changes promptly.
.Reporting & Documentation
oPrepare and maintain service review packs, own and track actionable
oDocument project progress, issues, and achievements.
oPrepare and present project reports and post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
oBe responsible for transition report outs and tracking of transition deliverables, co-lead Go live and hyper care calls with operations
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Domain Knowledge
.Understanding of day-to-day administrative and transactional activities that support the broader HR function
.Familiarity with employee data management, payroll, benefits, onboarding and offboarding process ensuring compliance with employment laws
Facilitation & Presentation Skills
.Outstanding communication and presentation abilities - both written and verbal
.Experience with project management tools/software (e.g., Gantt charts, dashboards).
.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders - Genpact team, GBS and Business and ensure alignment on transition deliverables
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Previous project management experience
