The International Markets Centralized Investigations (IMCI) team seats within the Employee Workplace Relationships Services (EWRS) organization and is the function responsible for executing centralized investigations for cases concerning Global Operations and selected business lines employees outside North America.

• Ensure defects are analyzed and resolved quickly with care;
• Identify and recommend sustainable and scalable solutions that may significantly impact employees, partners, and the world at large; and
• Offer trending insights to stakeholders to inform pattern-matching and strategic decision making.

We are looking for a Sr Escalations Investigator (India), that is responsible for leading complex ER and HR workplace investigations and address escalations concerning processes and policies. This role focuses on solving highly sensitive and ambiguous employee relations issues that might have significant business, legal, and reputational implications.

The Sr Escalations Investigator (India) will own cases independently and will work extensively with field EXR and PXT partners, and other relevant support teams to ensure the execution of intentional and thorough investigations.

Key job responsibilities
 Investigate highly sensitive human resources and employee relations issues, including: conducting claimant, witness and target employee interviews; analyzing data from various internal systems; case adjudication; proposing remedial action based on investigation findings; and writing completed investigation summaries
 Independently manage casework, bringing investigations to closure rapidly and definitively
 Analyze aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for proactive issue mitigation
 Analyze casework trends and provide strategic recommendations to the business to proactively address systemic defects
 Partner to engage in continuous improvement of communication and practices
 Consult and collaborate with PXT business partners, Employee Relations teams, and Legal teams on complex investigations
 Be able to earn trust of entry level associates and influence senior leadership
 Manage difficult conversations at multiple levels within the organization
 Reactively respond and engage on critical employee relations issues that are time-sensitive
 Balancing time between investigation and projects is a critical component for success in the position.
Bachelor degree – in law or human resources (Law preferred)
- Experience in human resources, labor relations, investigative, or legal
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations and associate advocacy
- Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation
- Working knowledge of employment and labor laws in India
- Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite systems including, but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Law master degree, or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing/distribution/call center environments
- Experience managing high-level escalations of complex employee relations issues
- Ability to provide leadership, work collaboratively on teams, and consult effectively and independently with all levels and functional areas of an organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to write clearly and succinctly for senior leadership
- Experience managing cross-team projects and initiatives
- Experience influencing leaders in a highly matrixed organization
- Ability to apply high judgment and consider the context and totality of the employee experience
- Ability to identify true root cause and pursue resolution of both acute and systemic defects
