Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, maintain strong client relationships, and support revenue growth by promoting our company's products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by the company. - Procure new clients through direct contact, referrals, and collaboration with the marketing department. - Attend networking events to research and connect with prospective clients. - Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention. - Suggest upgrades or additional products/services that may be of interest to clients. - Craft business proposals and contracts to attract more revenue from clients. - Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices and deals. - Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales. - Review client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve offerings. - Stay updated on market trends to ensure products and services remain relevant. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation. - Knowledge of business proposal creation and contract management. - Awareness of market trends and competitor offerings. - Team collaboration and training skills.
