Job Purpose Lead all retail business activities drive brand growth allocate resources and set short- long-term goals Focus on profitability competitiveness and operational excellence Key Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing product teams to differentiate retail products services Manage end-to-end New Product Development NPD including sales integration Recommend facility maintenance remodeling upgrades through annual budgets Oversee cleaning vendors conduct weekly inspections Perform monthly property inspections Ensure smooth efficient and profitable store operations while safeguarding assets Plan inventory and manage new store openings from possession to go-live Develop strategies to reduce lead time for store openings Analyze reports join management meetings and ensure store targets are met Train staff on store priorities and execution Supervise daily activities and verify task accuracy Troubleshoot daily operational issues Handle performance appraisals hiring training coaching promotions discipline Skills Qualifications Strong communication across all employee levels and external stakeholders Experienced senior leader with multinational exposure Minimum 5 years of P L ownership or sales leadership in medium large business Proven growth leadership in a technical environment Retail General Manager experience required MBA in Marketing from a reputable university 12-15 years of relevant experience
