Our client is seeking an R D Manager to lead new product development and formulation for water-based adhesives and resins The role involves adapting global formulations to local market needs driving innovation and coordinating with regional and cross-functional teams You ll play a key part in expanding the company s strong presence in India and South Asia through technology leadership and customer-focused solutions Lead R D initiatives for India and global market Develop and optimize water-based adhesive and coating formulations Localize global formulations for Indian conditions and applications Partner with production sales and product teams for technology transfer Support new vendor development and process improvement projects Ensure compliance with quality and documentation standards Lead R D for India other markets with global exposureBe part of a market leader in sustainable adhesive innovation A successful R D Manager should have Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards in the plastic industry M Sc B Tech M Tech in Polymer Science or Chemistry 10-15 years experience in water-based adhesives coatings or emulsions Proven record in new product development and scaling up formulations Strong coordination skills across R D production and commercial teams Exposure to polymer dispersions Acrylics PUD VAM etc preferred Experience with customer trials and technology transfer Our client is a global specialty chemicals manufacturer generating over 5 000 crore in revenue with 15 plants across Europe and South Asia It is an industry leader in water-based adhesives surfactants and latex polymers with a rapidly growing Indian business and a focus on sustainability and innovation Lead regional R D with exposure to international collaboration and training in Europe Strategic high-impact role reporting to the India MD and regional R D head Opportunity to shape product innovation in a high-growth market-leading organization Work with cutting-edge eco-friendly adhesive and coating technologies If you are passionate about driving innovation in the plastic industry and are ready to take on an exciting leadership role in Singapore we encourage you to apply for this opportunity
