Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AGM Sales & Marketing to lead our Tubes Division, with a strong focus on the ERW Tubes industry. This role demands strategic oversight of both domestic and international markets, and is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge and a passion for driving growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow sales & marketing operations for the Tubes Division across India and global markets - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders - Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities - Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Lead pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning initiatives - Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings - Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership - ERW Industry experience is mandatory. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) is essential - 12 to 15 years of experience in sales & marketing, specifically in the ERW tubes industry - Strong understanding of both domestic and international market dynamics - Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex sales cycles - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills - Willingness to travel for business development and client engagement
