Reports To:Sales Manager / Head Sales. Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Identify and developnew business opportunitiesin the assigned territory. - Meetbuilders, contractors, developers, factory management and architectsto promote AAC block products. - Build and maintain long-termcustomer relationshipsfor repeat and referral business. - Achievemonthly and annual sales targetsthrough effective field visits and client follow-ups. - Conductsite visits, technical discussions, andproduct presentationsto demonstrate benefits. - Generatequotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and finalize orders. - Coordinate with theproduction, dispatch, and accountsteams to ensure timely delivery and service. - Ensuretimely payment collectionand maintain healthy account relationships. - Monitormarket trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. - Submitdaily and weekly sales reports, visit schedules, and pipeline updates to management. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Education:Bachelor's Degree in any stream (MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred). - Experience:Minimum25 yearsof sales experience inAAC Blocks (Preferred), Cement, RMC, Tiles, Construction Materials, or Building Solutions. Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills. - Good market knowledge of local construction and infrastructure projects. - Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication. - Must possess atwo-wheeler and valid driving licensefor field visits. Salary & Benefits: - Salary Range:25,000 30,000 per month (depending on experience/interview). - Incentives:Attractive performance-based commission. - Career Growth:Opportunity to grow intoSenior Sales Executive / Area Sales Managerroles based on performance.
