Job Description We're Hiring: Visual Designer at LaFetch Location: Gurgaon Office (Onsite, 5 Days a Week) LaFetch is India's freshest fashion marketplace homegrown brands delivered in 60 minutes across Delhi NCR. We're moving fast, building big, and telling stories through design every single day. And now we need someone who can make LaFetch look as premium, bold, and scroll-stopping as it feels. This isn't a make some creatives role. This is a brand-shaping role. You'll be part of the core 01 team the ones defining how India visually experiences LaFetch across our app, website, marketing, socials, campaigns, and every single touchpoint. What You'll Actually Be Doing - Designing high-performing sales ads that truly convert. - Creating product ads that make homegrown fashion look editorial-level premium. - Building website sale banners that feel fast, clean, and high-impact. - Designing website brand banners that stay consistent with our identity. - Crafting SEO-friendly visual assets that improve visibility. - Making clean, crisp static posts for LinkedIn and MAG. - Designing editorial-style MAG visuals. - Creating illustrations that elevate our storytelling. - Designing logos, icons, infographics, and graphical elements for product, app, and marketing. - Translating brand strategy into visuals that feel fresh, premium, and unmistakably LaFetch. - Creating campaign kits, lookbooks, brand visuals, and product-centric creatives. - Collaborating with marketing, product, social, and content teams to turn bold ideas into real output. - Maintaining and evolving our design systems for consistency. - (Occasionally) creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens for web/mobile. - Ensuring everything you design aligns with performance, storytelling, and brand clarity. You'll Fit Right In If You Are - Someone who thinks in visuals before words. - A designer obsessed with typography, spacing, grids, and good aesthetics. - Someone who looks at ads online and immediately thinks, I can make this better. - Comfortable working fast because we move fast. - A design thinker who knows the line between aesthetics and performance. - Someone who gets fashion, culture, trends, and premium branding. - A person who loves experimenting and crafting new visual directions. - Someone who cares about the tiny details even when no one is watching. - A self-starter who wants ownership, not just tasks. What We're Looking For - Strong command of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, InDesign, and After Effects. - Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, composition, and layout. - Experience creating ads, banners, illustrations, brand visuals, and marketing creatives. - Ability to translate references into polished, premium creatives quickly. - A portfolio that reflects creativity, precision, and a distinct visual voice. - Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. - Bonus: Interest or experience in UI/UX, wireframes, or product design thinking.
