Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented and imaginative Visual Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will craft visually compelling designs that elevate our brand across digital and print platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce innovative visual assets—ranging from static to dynamic creatives—that effectively convey our brand narrative and engage our audience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign DevelopmentCreate visually engaging, brand-aligned designs for digital campaigns, social media, print materials, packaging, and marketing collaterals.Concept IdeationCollaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and conceptualize creative directions that align with business goals and audience insights.Brand IdentitySupport the creation, evolution, and enforcement of brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.Motion & Video DesignDesign and edit high-quality videos, animations, and GIFs using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.Layout & CompositionCraft layouts that demonstrate strong visual hierarchy, balance, and readability across various formats.Image EnhancementEdit, retouch, and manipulate visual assets to meet desired quality and aesthetic standards.TypographyApply thoughtful typographic choices to enhance the tone and clarity of visual communication.Cross-Team CollaborationWork closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure creative alignment and timely delivery.Iteration & FeedbackIncorporate stakeholder feedback effectively to refine and finalize designs.Quality ControlMaintain high creative standards and ensure every output meets brand quality benchmarks.Continuous LearningStay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and approaches.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline2–3 years of professional experience in visual designHands-on experience with AI-based creative toolsProficiency in UI/UX design — crafting intuitive layouts and seamless digital experiencesStrong portfolio showcasing diverse design capabilities across media formatsExpertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)Deep understanding of design fundamentals — color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchyStrong creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesEffective time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAwareness of modern digital and social media design trends
