Job Description Job Title: Visual Designer Location: Gurugram (On-Site) Role Type: Full-Time About Us Join a fast-paced digital team where visual design shapes high-impact website experiences. We're building engaging, conversion-driven online journeys and looking for a designer who can bring strong visual thinking to the web. Key Responsibilities: - Design visually compelling website pages, landing pages, and digital assets for product and campaign launches. - Work within an existing design system and extend it across various digital touchpoints. - Apply a working knowledge of UI fundamentals to enhance clarity, usability, and visual hierarchy. (Deep UI is required.) - Create digital collateral such as web banners, email creatives, UI elements, and visual layouts. - Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to bring design concepts to life. - Maintain consistency in visual language across all online platforms. - Support digital marketing with high-impact visuals for web-led initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Design, preferably in Visual Design, Communication Design, or Digital Design. - Preferred academic background from institutes like NID, NIFT, MIT-ID, or equivalent. - At least 2 years of experience as a Visual Designer in web/digital environments. - Strong skills in visual storytelling, typography, layout design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
