Job Title : S/4HANA SERVICE MODULES CONSULTANT

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Service Management, with a focus on S/4HANA (ECC Service Mgt knowledge is acceptable)
- Hands-on experience with Equipment Master, EquipmeIBase (Installed Base), Warranty Management, Service Orders, Contracts, and Billing.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or ECC Service and integration with other modules like SD, PM, or FI.
- Expertise in Equipment Master configuration and management, including tracking and maintenance.
- Deep understanding of IBase creation, hierarchy management, and updates.
- Strong knowledge of Warranty Management, including claim processing, validation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Fiori apps and their integration with S/4HANA Service processes.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration with SAP S/4HANA Service (desirable).
- Knowledge of tools like SAP Solution Manager and project management methodologies.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.

Certifications (Preferred):

- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Service or ECC Service Management
