An Admin Facility Officer manages office operations ensures facility maintenance and safety and handles administrative support Key responsibilities include overseeing daily office functions coordinating repairs and maintenance managing budgets and vendors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations This role requires strong organizational communication and multitasking skills as well as a degree and experience in business administration or a related field Responsibilities Office Administration Manage daily office operations including administrative tasks and administrative staff Handle office supplies inventory ordering and equipment maintenance Manage correspondence answer phones and assist with scheduling and travel Coordinate office services like mail reception and security Organize and support company events and meetings Facility Management Oversee maintenance cleanliness and repairs for a safe and productive work environment Ensure compliance with health safety and building regulations Coordinate with vendors for services and manage service contracts Manage facility budgets negotiate contracts and process invoices Plan and coordinate office space including moves and reconfigurations Administrative Support Act as the main point of contact for facility-related issues Provide support to staff with office-related requests Assist with onboarding new employees Maintain office records and databases Qualifications and skills Education A bachelor s degree in Business Administration Facilities Management or a related field is often required Experience Typically requires 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative or facilities management Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in office management software such as the Microsoft Office Suite Experience with budgeting vendor management and contract negotiation Knowledge of health and safety regulations Project management skills are often a plus JOB APPLY http jobs vinayakjob com CONTACT DETAILS - Name - DIMPAL Number - 91 91099 99669
