Interior Site Supervisor

Job Title Interior Site Supervisor Job Summary The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities on interior construction sites This role involves managing resources ensuring work quality and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget The Interior Site Supervisor will work closely with project managers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution Key Responsibilities 1 Site Management - Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on interior sites - Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Implement and enforce site safety procedures and practices - Maintain a clean and organized work environment 2 Project Coordination - Collaborate with project managers architects and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution - Keep detailed records of project progress changes and issues - Schedule and coordinate the delivery of materials equipment and labor resources 3 Quality Control - Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure they meet project specifications and industry standards - Address any issues or defects and make necessary corrections - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design plans 4 Resource Management - Manage and allocate labor equipment and materials efficiently - Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries 5 Client Communication - Maintain regular communication with clients providing updates on project progress - Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the work - Address any changes or modifications to the project as requested by the client 6 Team Leadership - Supervise and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors - Provide guidance support and training to team members - Foster a positive and productive work environment Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent a degree or certification in construction management or a related field is a plus - Proven experience as a site supervisor in interior construction or a similar role - Strong knowledge of construction processes methods and materials - Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and construction management software Working Conditions - The Interior Site Supervisor primarily works on construction sites - This role often involves working irregular hours including evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines - The position may require travel to various construction sites This job description serves as a general guideline for the responsibilities and qualifications expected of an Interior Site Supervisor Specific requirements may vary depending on the company and the nature of the interior construction projects being undertaken Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Yearly bonus Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
