Lead Generation Prospecting Make outbound calls to potential clients homeowners interior designers contractors etc Explain products services and interior solutions offered by the company Generate and qualify leads for sales or design consultation teams Customer Interaction Engagement Answer inbound inquiries regarding furniture and interior solutions Provide basic information about materials designs timelines and customization options Record customer preferences and direct them to appropriate departments sales design etc Appointment Setting Follow-Up Schedule showroom visits site inspections or design consultations for interested clients Follow up on previous calls and maintain consistent communication until closure Update clients on the status of their orders designs or deliveries Coordination with Sales and Interior Design Teams Relay client requirements and expectations to the sales or design team accurately Coordinate meetings and ensure smooth handovers from telecalling to in-person consultations Market Feedback Collection Gather feedback from customers regarding products services and prices Identify common objections or concerns and share insights with management for improvement Promotion of Offers and Campaigns Inform potential and existing clients about promotions discounts or new product launches Encourage up-selling or cross-selling of furniture and interior packages Reporting Submit daily weekly call logs and performance reports to the manager Analyze call outcomes and improve calling scripts or strategies based on results Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Schedule Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
