Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

This role involves lead generation, customer interaction, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to engage with potential clients, and provide them with information about products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads for sales or design consultation teams.
  • Engage with customers through inbound inquiries, explain products and services, and record their preferences.
  • Schedule showroom visits, site inspections, or design consultations for interested clients.
  • Maintain consistent communication until closure.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure smooth handovers from telecalling to in-person consultations.


Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with sales and interior design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of furniture and interior solutions.
