Job Overview: As a Product Manager at Ignosis, you will play a critical role in the lifecycle of our products, from strategy development to market launch. Your expertise will guide our products to meet evolving client needs and keep Ignosis at the forefront of industry innovation. Key Responsibilities: ● Product Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive product strategy, in line with our overarching goals and vision. ● Roadmap Planning: Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and craft the product roadmap, aligning with both business objectives and customer requirements. ● Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and regulatory aspects in the FinTech sector. ● Feature Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define detailed product features and user experience requirements for the development team. ● Agile Product Development: Oversee the agile development process, ensuring a balance between rapid iterations and high-quality product delivery. ● User Feedback: Systematically gather and analyze user feedback to enhance product features and usability. ● Competitive Analysis: Perform continuous competitive analysis to maintain our innovative edge in the industry. ● Collaboration: Ensure effective collaboration among engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for successful product launches and high customer satisfaction. Qualifications: ● Minimum 2 years of product management experience, preferably in the FinTech sector. ● Understanding of India Stack and digital lending processes is advantageous. ● Solid grasp of financial concepts, markets, and relevant industry regulations. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-centric approach to decision-making. ● Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences. ● A customer-focused mindset, dedicated to creating user-centered products. ● Innovative and strategic thinking abilities for ongoing product enhancement.
