Position: IT Recruiter

Location: Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur

Experience: 1-2 Years

Primary Duties

- Identify, evaluate, and select candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles using diverse sourcing methods (including job boards, social media, and referrals).
- Perform preliminary interviews to gauge candidates&apos skills and compatibility with the job requirements.
- Develop and sustain a strong talent pool within the IT sector.
- Work closely with hiring managers to grasp their expectations and job requirements.
- Oversee the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Leverage various recruitment platforms and tools to enhance effectiveness.
- Remain informed about current trends in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, especially in IT roles is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Aptitude to thrive in a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with different sourcing methods (social media, job platforms, etc.).
- Technologically inclined with a genuine interest in the IT sector.
- A bachelors degree in HR, IT, or a similar area is preferred, but not essential.
