HR Manager - IT and Digital Marketing Recruitment Specialist

About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with expertise in recruiting IT and Digital Marketing professionals to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage end-to-end HR functions while specializing in technical talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and Digital Marketing positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practicesManage employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiativesOversee compensation and benefits administrationConduct training needs analysis and coordinate training programsHandle employee grievances and disciplinary mattersMaintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor lawsPrepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for managementQualifications

4-5 years of HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in IT and Digital Marketing recruitmentStrong understanding of technical roles and requirements in the IT and digital spaceKnowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirementsExperience with HRIS and ATS platformsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldHR certifications preferredSkills
