Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for driving business growth by generating qualified leads, reaching out to prospects, and converting them into long-term clients. This role blends sales, client acquisition, and digital marketing execution. Key Responsibilities - Identify & pursue new business opportunities (national & international). - Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, SEO, ads, and cold calling. - Daily outreach: 15–20 calls/emails to prospective clients/vendors. - Conduct client visits, tele-calling, lead generation & follow-ups. - Negotiate & close deals, manage invoices & proposals. - Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and SEO activities (on-page, off-page, technical). - Prepare proposals, presentations, and strategies in collaboration with the team. - Build and nurture strong client/vendor relationships to drive growth. - Collaborate with creative teams for pitches & campaigns. - Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights. - Prepare sales forecasts, reports & market analysis. Requirements - Min. 3 years of experience in an Advertising/Digital Marketing Agency. - Stable career history (max 2 companies in the last 3 years). - Proven ability to handle portfolios of ₹1 Cr+ annually. - Comfortable with cold calling, client interaction, and negotiations. - Strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and digital funnels. - Proficiency in lead generation tools and CRM (preferred). - Excellent communication, presentation & persuasion skills. - Languages: English, Gujarati, Hindi (mandatory). - Target-oriented with a growth mindset. - Ahmedabad-based candidates preferred (Immediate/15 Days joiners).
