Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor and record patient vitals and perform daily rounds.
- Carry out procedures as advised by physicians.
- Administer medications and assist with medical procedures per physician instructions.
- Support patients with daily living activities (feeding, bathing, mobility) for dependent individuals.
- Maintain hygiene standards, infection control, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and mental health teams for integrated care.
- Provide emotional support, promote patient dignity, recovery, and independence.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient documentation.
- Respond to medical emergencies and administer first aid or basic life support when required.
- Manage medical stock and consumables; monitor usage, update records, and alert for reordering.
