Key Responsibilities - Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. - Managing a monthly Meta advertising budget of ₹1 Crore with strategic precision and performance-driven execution. - Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance. - Write compelling ad copy and work with the creative team to develop engaging visuals. - Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to improve ROAS and achieve goals. - Analyze campaign performance data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights. - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Meta Ads and D2C marketing. Requirements - Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist, specifically working with D2C brands. - Deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and related tools. - Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions. - Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences. - Knowledge of pixel setup, conversion tracking, and custom event tracking. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing ad budgets of Rs 25Lakh - 1Crore per month. - Familiarity with other ad platforms Google Ads is a plus. - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
