Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head based in Noida. The Business Head will lead strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and oversee day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include business development, client relationship management, team leadership, financial planning, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to align business objectives with creative output while ensuring a smooth operational workflow and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. Qualifications - Strategic thinking and business development skills to identify and pursue growth opportunities - Strong leadership abilities, experience in team management, and fostering collaboration - Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills - Familiarity with the creative industry, marketing trends, and content production processes - Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results in a fast-paced agency environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred - Hands-on experience in the photography, video production, or creative industry is a plus
