Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Placement Officer to manage and expand our placement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in coordinating placements and corporate tie-ups within the education or training sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and industry leaders to create placement opportunities for students. Plan and execute placement drives, campus recruitment programs, and career fairs. Guide and prepare students for interviews, resume building, and professional communication. Collaborate with academic and training teams to align curriculum with industry requirements. Maintain placement records, analyze outcomes, and prepare periodic reports. Negotiate MoUs, partnership agreements, and internship tie-ups with organizations. Stay updated on market trends and emerging job roles relevant to Knovista's learning programs. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in placement, corporate relations, or career servicespreferably in the EdTech, training, or academic sector. Strong network of corporate and HR contacts across industries. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/placement management tools. Job Type: Full-time
