CII MCC, or CII Model Career Center, is an initiative by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers, offering career guidance, skill enhancement, and placements. In Kerala, the state government plays a pivotal role by collaborating with CII MCC on key projects, aimed at facilitating 20 lakh placements in 5 years. Also engages in social service initiatives to provide employment opportunities for marginalized communities, ensuring inclusivity and workforce readiness.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and maintain relationships with potential employers to ensure a steady stream of job opportunities for Job seekers & students.
- Fulfill targets and commitments; provide appropriate job roles.
- Network with local employers. Plan hiring events
- Meet HR heads of the organization, give them a detailed presentation tie-up, and do the tie-up for placements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on training and placement activities, including placement statistics, success stories, and industry collaborations.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to design and deliver skill development programs, workshops, and seminars for students.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
