Job Description Job Title: Purchase Executive Automobile Industry Location: Gurgaon Experience: 13 years (Fresher with relevant internship experience can also apply) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team in the automobile sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring automotive components and materials to ensure seamless production and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Source and procure automotive parts, components, and materials from reliable suppliers. - Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective procurement. - Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify potential new vendors. - Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams. - Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement. - Stay updated on market trends, new products, and industry developments. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. - Prior experience in procurement, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing industry. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed procurement decisions. - Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
