The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring automotive components and materials to ensure seamless production and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Source and procure automotive parts, components, and materials from reliable suppliers. - Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective procurement. - Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify potential new vendors. - Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams. - Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement. - Stay updated on market trends, new products, and industry developments. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. - Prior experience in procurement, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing industry. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed procurement decisions. - Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
