**Purchase Executive**

**Location: Gurgaon**

**Industry: Electronics Manufacturing-Import & Export**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Should be responsible for material requisition checking/ analysis & follow-up for delivery on time to avoid line shortages

2. Experience in preparation of material shortage list after comparing with material requisition & manage material schedules (Prepone or Postpone) accordingly

3. Able to set-up plans of raw material & timely scheduling to suppliers globally

4. Liaison with PPC & Production to determine and manage Raw Material requirements.

5. Can maintains optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements & manage inventory needs, avoiding over-stocking & shortfalls

6. Maintain proper planning records & history for analysis of Inventory issues.

7. Able to manage procurement of raw material from Global market such Europe, Asian Countries, Japan, China etc

8. Should be expert in daily purchasing activities, Shipment tracking, Custom Clearance issues.

9. Timely PO submission to RM Suppliers as per given schedules to avoid premium freights

10. Can manage supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc

11. Liaison with finance department for submission of bills, payment plans & timely payments to suppliers.

12. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications as per customer requirements

13. Working to improve purchasing systems, processes & cost saving proposals

14. Can develop & provide reports on procurement, consumption of material for upper management

15. Able to maintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

16. Have a good communication skill to interact both internally and externally with suppliers

17. Capable to handle Inbound logistics Operation for Import & Local Purchase.

18. Able to maintain database in excel of In-transit import material to track for timely delivery & in the event of problem trace shipments for resolution to avoid demurrages, penalties & other unwanted charges.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
