Purchase Executive

purchase executive's job is to manage the procurement of goods and services for an organization. They are responsible for ensuring that the right products and services are acquired in a timely and cost-effective manner. Some of their responsibilities include: Sourcing Identifying potential suppliers, evaluating offers, and negotiating contracts Managing the purchasing process Overseeing the purchasing process from requisition to delivery, and ensuring that orders are tracked and delivered on time Maintaining inventory Monitoring stock levels, identifying slow-moving items, and reordering supplies as needed Collaborating with other departments Working with departments like finance and production to meet the organization's needs Preparing reports Creating and tracking purchasing reports, budgets, and cost analyses Ensuring compliance Ensuring compliance with purchasing policies, procedures, laws, and regulations Maintaining supplier relationships Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate favorable terms Reviewing quality Reviewing the quality of purchased products to ensure they meet customer needs Some skills that are useful for a purchase executive include: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Knowledge of vendor sourcing practices Experience with purchasing software Understanding of supply chain procedures Flexibility and adaptability Public relations and management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
