**Role description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Executive. The Purchase Executive plays a piotal role in managing the procurement process for architectural and interior design projects. Your responsibilities encompass sourcing, negotiating and coordinating with vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition and delivery of matrials required for our projects.

**Responsibilities**

Vendor Management:

- Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships.
- Regularly assess vendor performance and address any issues to maintain a reliable and efficient supply chain. Sourcing and Negotiation:

- Source and procure materials, furnishings, and equipment in line with project specifications and budget constraints.
- Negotiate favourable terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality. Order Processing and Tracking:

- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and track order deliveries to ensure adherence to project timelines.

Budget Compliance:

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align procurement activities with project budgets.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.

Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure materials and products

meet specified quality standards.
- Conduct periodic quality checks and address any deviations promptly.

Market Research:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and new product releases relevant to architectural and interior design.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and organised records of purchases, contracts, and vendor communications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Qualification**

Educational Background:

- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role within the architecture or interior design industry.
- Familiarity with sourcing materials for architectural and interior design projects. Skills:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in vendor management and relationship-building.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
- Familiarity with relevant software for order processing and inventory management.

Adaptability:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
