Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive, based in Borivali (West), Mumbai. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor management, purchase order preparation, material sourcing, and inventory coordination. The role requires proficiency in Tally ERP, negotiation skills, and attention to detail to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement aligned with company requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day purchase operations, including PO creation, vendor follow-ups, and material tracking. - Maintain accurate purchase, stock, and vendor data in Tally ERP. - Coordinate with stores, accounts, and project teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and invoices. - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers. - Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain all purchase documentation. - Evaluate vendor performance and assist in identifying new, reliable suppliers. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. - Fresher - 2 years of experience in purchase or procurement (preferably in construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors). - Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory). - Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
