Position: Purchase Officer Experience: 4+ years in Manufacturing Industry / Civil Construction Package: Up to 6 LPA Location: Coimbatore Roles And Responsibilities - Identify potential suppliers, comparing prices, delivery times, and quality of goods and services. - Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance. - Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries. - Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations. - Resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries promptly. - Monitor stock levels and initiate orders as needed. - Ensure timely payment of invoices. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. - Provide regular updates to management on purchase progress. Qualification And Experience - Graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or any postgraduate. - Proven experience as a Purchase Executive / Officer in the Manufacturing Industry or related industy. - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. - Immediate joiner preferred.
