Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Executive located in Jaipur. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, handling procurement processes, and creating and managing purchase requisitions. The individual will work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of goods while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves monitoring procurement activities, optimizing inventory, and supporting the company's operations by sourcing the highest quality products at the best value. Qualifications - Experience in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions - Strong skills in Purchase Management and Procurement - Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams - Attention to detail and organizational skills for tracking inventory and managing documents - Proven ability to negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms - Proficiency in inventory management systems and procurement software is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
