We are expanding our operations in the Jaipur area and are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving institutional and project sales in the region. Role Description As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of cement and allied products for large-scale projects. Your primary focus will be on B2B sales and project management to achieve company sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Development: Identify and target potential institutional clients (builders, contractors, real estate developers, government projects, etc.) to promote and sell cement and allied products. • Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key institutional accounts, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. • Project Sales: Manage sales processes for large-scale projects, including quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups, ensuring timely deliveries and meeting client specifications. • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities for sales growth. • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress through CRM tools and regular reporting. • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams, including logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. • Customer Support: Provide on-site support for clients when needed and address any issues or concerns regarding product delivery, quality, or services. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Education: Graduate in any field (preferably Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines). • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, cement, or building materials industry. • Skills: o Strong understanding of the cement and construction market. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. o Ability to understand and analyze project requirements and propose relevant solutions. o Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. o Knowledge of project timelines, site coordination, and handling customer concerns. o Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and goals. • Location: Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in dealing with large institutions, contractors, and project managers. • A background in technical sales and project execution in the cement or construction industry. • Knowledge of local markets and customer networks in Jaipur and surrounding regions.
