JOB OVERVIEW

Were looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to serve as the bridge between our customers and our products. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (02 years of experience) who are eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on skills in customer success within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

In this full-time role, youll combine technical knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to help customers maximize the value of Sapaad. Youll support users through email, phone, live chat, or in-person interactions, while also acting as a product ambassador, educating and guiding customers to use our software confidently.

WHAT YOU&aposLL DO

- Develop a deep understanding of Sapaads software products
- Engage with users through phone, email, or chat to resolve issues efficiently
- Take full ownership of customer tickets and ensure timely resolution, collaborating with engineering when needed
- Be the voice of the customer inside the organization report issues and provide insights on root causes
- Deliver professional, clear, and user-friendly communication
- Conduct customer training sessions, webinars, and onboarding programs
- Assist with deployments remotely and on-site as needed
- Provide exceptional support that turns satisfied users into brand ambassadors

YOU&aposRE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), plus proficiency in at least one regional Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and people skills youll often be the first point of contact for customers
