Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to raise visibility and drive customer acquisition in key industry sectors.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with mineral producers, suppliers, traders, and industrial buyers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using deep industry insight and networks.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand buyer behavior and refine targeting.
- Plan and run targeted marketing campaigns—digital, content, trade shows, and events—to onboard both buyers and sellers.
- Produce and manage whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and newsletters showcasing marketplace value.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and client onboarding.
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs (lead generation, conversion, engagement) to optimize performance.
- Represent the marketplace at industry forums and exhibitions to enhance brand positioning.
- Serve as internal customer advocate, sharing industry feedback to inform product and service improvements.

Desired Qualifications

- 5+ years of B2B marketing / Sales experience in minerals, refractories, ceramics, abrasives, or related raw materials industries.
