Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Gurugram. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining company records, and advising the board of directors on governance matters. Daily tasks include organizing board meetings, preparing minutes, filing annual returns, and liaising with regulatory bodies. The role also involves providing administrative support and ensuring effective internal communication.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements, including company law and corporate governance
- Experience in maintaining company records and managing compliance
- Skills in organizing board meetings, preparing minutes, and filing annual returns
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional qualification - CS (Company Secretary) certification is required
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
