Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedData Product Managerto lead the strategy, development, and execution of data-driven products. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise indata platforms, analytics, and AI-driven solutions, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into innovative data products. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute thedata product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to develop scalable data products.
- Drivedata strategyby identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and advanced analytics integration.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of data products, from inception to execution, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI/ML models to optimize product offerings and enhance decision-making.
- Ensuredata governance, compliance, and securityacross all data-related initiatives.
- Monitorkey performance metricsto evaluate product success and drive improvements.
- Advocate for best practices in data management, architecture, and visualization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments related to data and analytics.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, effectively communicating technical concepts in business-friendly language.

Required Skills and Expertise

- Strong knowledge ofdata platforms, big data technologies, and cloud solutions(AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience withSQL, Python, Spark, and ETL pipelinesfor data management and transformation.
- Proven expertise inproduct lifecycle management, including agile methodologies.
- Familiarity withBI tools(Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization techniques.
- Understanding ofAI/ML concepts, predictive analytics, and data monetization strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor s or Master s degreein Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Certifications inAI/ML, data engineering, or cloud technologiesare a plus.

- Proven track record of managingdata-driven productswith high impact.
- Ability todrive innovationin data infrastructure and AI-powered solutions.
