Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Explain loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Car Loan, Business Loan, etc.) and their benefits clearly. Understand customer needs and match them with suitable loan options. Convince and motivate customers to apply for loans through our DSA. Collect and verify customer documents as per loan application requirements. Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company. Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and status updates. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build trust.Skills and Competencies Required: Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, call center systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Basic knowledge of sales tracking and lead management. Familiarity with telecommunication systems and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, MS Teams). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with clear pronunciation and tone. Active listening and persuasive conversation skills. Ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
