About the Role AVI Renewable Energy Private Limited is looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment function and support business growth. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring high-quality talent while strengthening our employer brand. The role demands strong sourcing capability, market networking, and industry-aligned head-hunting expertise. Designation will be commensurate to the competencies, academics and experience Key Responsibilities - Partner closely with hiring managers and functional heads to understand workforce requirements and define candidate selection criteria aligned with organizational objectives - Develop and refine clear, role-specific job descriptions aligned with business needs in consultation with stakeholders - Proactively source and headhunt candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other professional networks - Building a pool of candidates for every role (critical and high attriting roles) through effective networking - Act as a LinkedIn networking champion, leveraging advanced search techniques, talent mapping, and relationship-based sourcing - Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings to assess basic technical competence, cultural alignment, and growth potential by managing initial interview discussions, including suitability assessment, Test administration, Location mapping, candidate motivation, personality evaluation, and compensation expectations - Clearly communicate organizational culture, compensation structure, and benefits to candidates to ensure a transparent hiring experience and reduce post joining attrition - Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview feedback, and documentation for compliance and decision-making - Build and sustain future-ready pipeline by nurturing relationships with past and prospective candidates - Stay current with emerging recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to enhance hiring effectiveness - Lead employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice - Prepare and share periodic recruitment MIS, dashboards, and key hiring metrics for data-driven insights - Undertake additional recruitment or HR-related responsibilities as assigned Required Skills Recruitment & Sourcing Expertise - Strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management - Proven headhunting experience, particularly for niche and mid-to-senior roles - Demonstrated capability in LinkedIn networking, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement - Ability to manage multiple open positions within defined timelines - Effective time management and adherence to hiring timelines - High level of process orientation and compliance Communication & Stakeholder Management - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build relationships for sourcing and employer branding Adaptability & Analytical Ability - Quick learner with high adaptability to dynamic hiring needs - Strong problem-solving and analytical ability - Comfortable with recruitment technologies and digital platforms Personal Attributes - Ability to work calmly under pressure - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive - Collaborative team player Eligibility Criteria - Education: Master’s/ PGD in HR, else Bachelor in Engineering - Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment - Computer Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Office, Hiring Portals’ usage, and professional email drafting - Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. Gujarati will be an advantage - Industry Preference: Prior recruitment exposure to Solar, Renewable Energy, or EPC sector will be strongly preferred Why Join AVI?
