Senior Talent Specialist – Direct Hire

Job Title: Senior Talent Specialist Location: Vadodara Shift Timings: US shift/Night Shift Job Scope- We are looking for a Senior Talent Specialist with strong experience in Full-Time / Direct Hire recruitment across the North America region. This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for permanent positions only. You will also contribute to building a high-performing recruiting team by mentoring and training junior team members on industry-leading hiring practices. Key Responsibilities- Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for full-time, permanent technical positions across multiple technology domains in North America Source, interview, assess, and place top-tier technical talent for direct hire roles only Apply diverse sourcing strategies, including advanced internet searches, professional networks, social media, and referrals Develop and use Boolean search strings to efficiently identify and engage qualified candidates Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine technical and cultural fit Review job descriptions and partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and required technical skill sets Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS, ensuring data integrity Proactively build and maintain long-term talent pipelines through networking and relationship management Demonstrate strong technical understanding and stay current with emerging technologies and market trends Anticipate future hiring needs and align recruiting strategies with long-term business objectives Coach and mentor junior recruiters on full-time/direct hire recruiting best practices Bonus Points If You Have- Proven ability to manage multiple permanent requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong marketing and employer branding skills to effectively position roles and attract top talent Academic background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
