Position: Paid Media - Head
Experience: 7+ years
Location: Sector 48, Gurugram
As the Head of Paid Media at our esteemed advertising agency, your primary goal is to lead and innovate our paid media efforts across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for spearheading a team of digital advertising specialists, devising strategic plans, and driving performance to meet and exceed our clients marketing objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with multiple clients, maintaining rapport.
- Track KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly to identify performance improvement opportunities, regularly reporting to management/clients.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and suggest improvements to meet sales targets.
- Recommend and implement digital projects to enhance client ROI.
- Maintain up-to-date project tasks and CRM records.
- Prepare pitches and reports for the sales team.
- Develop forecasting reports demonstrating ROI for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital advertising specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the team.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team achieves exceptional results.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for paid media campaigns across digital platforms.
- Oversee the planning, optimization, and implementation of digital advertising campaigns for diverse clients.
- Continuously explore and suggest innovative campaign ideas across multiple channels.
- Understand clients&apos business goals and requirements thoroughly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Conduct thorough research on keywords, audiences, and market trends to inform campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze data, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each client, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Innovate new strategies, techniques, and processes to enhance the effectiveness of paid media campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and optimize paid advertising processes.
- Present campaign strategies and performance reports to clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization techniques, and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for staying updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in digital advertising and paid media management.
- Proven experience of at least 6 years in managing all Ads campaigns (Meta and Google Ads) and leading a team in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
