Position Name: Video Editor (with Videography Skills) Experience: 3+ Years Location: Shivajinagar, Pune Job Role We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Videographer to create engaging, high-quality content for digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in editing videos for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and ad creatives - along with hands-on experience in shooting with professional cameras, drones, and gimbals. This role combines creativity, storytelling, and technical precision to deliver visually compelling content aligned with the brand's identity and marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Video Editing for Digital Platforms: - Edit YouTube videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other social media content for high engagement. - Create impactful ad creatives and performance-based videos for marketing campaigns. - Optimize videos for different platforms based on trends and audience preferences. 2. Storytelling & Content Quality: - Ensure all videos align with brand storytelling and maintain creative excellence. - Enhance visuals with professional transitions, graphics, music, and effects. 3. Videography & Shooting: - Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality content using professional cameras, drones, and gimbals. - Set up and operate lighting, audio, and stabilizing equipment to achieve cinematic quality. - Collaborate with creative and marketing teams during shoots to ensure desired outcomes. 4. Performance-Driven Video Creation: - Develop and edit videos designed for engagement, performance, and conversions. - Analyze video performance and continuously improve creative strategies. 5. Collaboration & Feedback: - Work closely with the marketing, design, and creative teams to meet campaign goals and deadlines. - Incorporate feedback and refine content to deliver polished, final videos. 6. Stay Updated: - Stay current with trends in video editing, social media content formats, and visual storytelling. - Experiment with new tools, effects, and techniques to keep content dynamic and relevant. Qualifications Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing and videography. - Proven portfolio demonstrating editing for YouTube, Instagram, ad creatives, and event videos. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred). Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software. - Hands-on expertise with cameras, drones, and gimbals. - Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and framing techniques. - Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm. - Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and deliver quality output consistently.
