Location: South Mumbai Working Days: Monday-Saturday (We offer significant working hour flexibility, see Work Culture section for more details) CTC: 4.5L per year Criteria: - Edit and deliver short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos - Collaborate with the founder and creative team to conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos each week. - Add subtitles, text overlays, transitions, and B-roll to enhance storytelling and retention. - Maintain a consistent brand look, tone, and visual style across all videos. - Suggest and implement creative social media hooks to boost engagement. - Stay updated on beauty and social media trends, applying them to new edits. About Us Raindus Beauty Care (no, this is not the brand name, just our holding company) is in the business of building Personal Care for India. Founded by an ex-Nykaa Brand Manager, we're building Body Care for smart Indian consumers. What stage is our business at? We've spent the last 12 months doing market + consumer research and are deep in the R&D process for our first launch. We're prioritizing a slower, more data-driven approach to building our brand and are looking for team members that share these values. What you can expect from the role: Help set up and scale one of the most important engines of our business: content Lots of ownership and trust. A very flexible work environment by both startup + corporate standards. Skill Requirements - Proven experience editing content for consumer brands or creators, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle OR a portfolio which features consumer brands. - Strong command of Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. - A solid understanding of composition, pacing, and storytelling for digital audiences. - Familiarity with shooting basics (camera framing, lighting, audio) is a plus. - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback. - Strong portfolio or proof of work demonstrating short + long-form edits.
